How to Share Old Blog Posts with Social Snap

Time spent thinking of a new blog post? 2 hours.

Time spent writing the new blog post? 3 hours.

Time spent editing the new blog post? 1 hour.

You get the point.

It takes hours to put out top-notch content. We get it.

Between the time you’ve spent to start a blog, design your site, gain a following, etc. Why let all that hard work get stale?

When it comes to creating fresh content for your site, you know the time it takes to put out quality content. It’d be a shame to think all your hard work is only shared the one time you share across your favorite social networks.

Lucky for you, Social Snap gives you the ability to share old blog posts with our “Boost” add-on.

Revive your existing posts automatically

It’s easy to let your old content die and become stale. With the ability to share old posts with Social Snap, you can keep your content fresh. Additionally, you have full control of where and when you want to share your content across the compatible social networks.

By sharing your old blog posts, you can build up even more social shares and offer more social proof. Social shares help with social proof. That’s why it’s important to keep them running. If you’ve had an issue losing your share count, check out how to recover share counts with Social Snap.

By using the “Boost Old Post” add-on feature from Social Snap, you can easily revive your existing posts by automatically posting them on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. It’s a great way to leverage all of your existing content and reach new visitors.

Important: Facebook has made a change to their API so that third-party apps don’t have permission to automatically share posts to Facebook Pages and Profiles. This affects the Boost Old Posts addon. If you have any questions regarding the new API, please head to Facebook Help Community.
